5 · You review, sign, file, and serve
You approve the content, sign, file with your clerk, arrange service where required, and pay all official fees directly.

No. PF Consulting Firm is not a law firm and is not authorized to practice law in Florida. We provide non-attorney document preparation: we prepare documents from your instructions and the information you give us. We do not advise you, choose your forms, or appear in court.
What does 'we prepare based on your instructions' actually mean?
It means you decide what is being prepared and what it says. You tell us the service you want, the facts, the parties, and the outcome you are pursuing, and we prepare the documents accordingly. We will tell you when a document appears internally inconsistent or when an attachment is missing, but we will not tell you which form or remedy to select.
Do you serve all of Florida?
Yes. Our Florida service area is organized into four regional hubs — South Florida, Central Florida, North Florida, and the Panhandle — because clerk requirements, party locations, and document logistics genuinely differ across the state. Intake is remote statewide.
Who files the documents with the court?
You do, unless a separately permitted service is expressly stated in writing. You review, approve, sign, file, arrange service where required, and pay all filing, publication, service, and certified-copy fees charged by the court or clerk.
Are Florida court filing fees included in your price?
No. Our professional fee is separate from every official cost. Filing fees vary by county and matter type, and the court or clerk sets the final amount. We publish an official cost only when we hold a current cited source for it, and we still ask you to confirm the amount with your clerk before filing.
Where can I get Florida court forms myself?
Many Florida family-law matters use forms approved by the Florida Supreme Court, and the Florida Courts publish them free of charge. Those official links, with our verification dates, are listed on this page. Not every matter is appropriate for self-help forms.
What kinds of matters should go to an attorney instead?
