One of the parties lives outside the United States. Can you still prepare the documents?
We can prepare documents from the information you provide regardless of where a party lives. What changes is signature and service planning, and how much lead time the package needs. We cannot advise you on whether service on a foreign party is proper in your matter — that is a legal question for a licensed Florida attorney.
The estate holds a condo in Broward and a house in Miami-Dade. Does that change anything?
It changes the document list and the certified-copy planning, and it usually changes the timeline. It does not change what we do: we prepare what you instruct us to prepare, and you confirm filing requirements with each clerk.
Can you tell me which county to file in?
