Bookkeeping
Monthly bookkeeping with a stated capacity, a documented month-end close and reports that tie to the bank. Every tier says exactly how many accounts and transactions it covers, so the price you see is the price the work actually is.
Understand this service before you buy
Bookkeeping is priced on capacity: how many bank, card and loan accounts, and how many transactions per month. That is what determines the work, so it is what determines the price. Every tier closes the month, reconciles to the bank and produces statements that tie out.
- A month is not closed until every account reconciles to the statement balance.
- Uncategorized transactions come back to you as a questions list, not a guess.
- Cleanup and catch-up years are separate from the ongoing monthly service.
- You keep ownership of your software subscription and your data.
Engagements
- Monthly Bookkeeping — from $1,297/month, one entity, up to 2 accounts
- Professional Bookkeeping — $2,497/month, expanded accounts and payroll ledger reconciliation
- Executive Bookkeeping — $4,997/month, multi-entity and higher volume
- Cleanup and catch-up engagements priced by period and volume
- Chart of accounts and platform setup
How capacity works
Each tier states its entity count, included financial accounts and monthly transaction threshold. When your volume passes the threshold we tell you before anything changes, and the engagement moves to the next tier in writing.
