Required Disclosures

Disclosures & Policies.

Read carefully before engaging services. Submitting an intake or payment constitutes acknowledgment of these disclosures and policies.

Non-Attorney Legal Disclosure

PF Consulting Firm is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, legal opinions, attorney-client privilege services, or courtroom representation. Legal document preparation services are completed strictly from client-provided information. Clients remain responsible for reviewing all documents, confirming accuracy, meeting deadlines, filing documents, and paying all court, government, recording, agency, or filing fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

Florida UPL-Compliant Service Boundary Disclosure

PF Consulting Firm's non-attorney legal document preparation services are structured within Florida UPL-compliant service boundaries. PF Consulting Firm does not select legal strategies, advise clients what legal position to take, interpret law for clients, predict legal outcomes, or represent clients in court.

Healthcare & Financial Services Disclosure

Healthcare, licensing, credentialing, financial, IRS administrative, business, and operational consulting services are advisory and administrative in nature. PF Consulting Firm does not provide medical advice, legal advice, investment advice, tax advice requiring licensure, or financial advice requiring professional licensure. Clients remain responsible for confirming all regulatory, licensing, tax, financial, medical board, and compliance obligations with the appropriate licensed professional, agency, board, or government authority when necessary.

Notary & Remote Notary Disclosure

PF Consulting Firm may provide notary and remote notary services where available and permitted. Notary services verify identity and notarize eligible signatures. Notary services do not include legal advice, document selection, legal drafting, legal interpretation, or recommendations regarding the content or legal effect of a document. Clients are responsible for presenting valid identification, complete documents, required witnesses when applicable, and accurate signing information.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

PF Consulting Firm does not guarantee any legal, court, licensing, regulatory, credentialing, tax, credit, or business outcome. Descriptions of past engagements, case studies, reviews, and testimonials describe the circumstances of a specific client and are not a prediction of, or promise of, similar results. Every matter depends on facts, third-party review, agency processing, and applicable law that are outside our control.

Service Scope & What Each Engagement Includes

Each engagement is defined in writing before payment. The written scope states the service category, the deliverables PF Consulting Firm will prepare, the information and documents the client must supply, the expected preparation window, and the number of included revision rounds.

PF Consulting Firm provides: intake review, preparation of the agreed documents or consulting deliverables, one included revision round unless otherwise stated, and communication about status during the engagement. The client provides: complete and accurate information, legible supporting documents, timely responses, review and verification of all drafts, and payment of any third-party court, government, recording, or agency fees.

Anything not listed in the written scope is not included. Additional work is quoted and approved in writing before it begins.

Client Responsibility Policy

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information; reviewing all drafts; observing all deadlines; uploading required supporting documents; and confirming all regulatory, licensing, medical board, court, or filing requirements with the appropriate authority.

Filing & Government Fee Disclosure

Clients are solely responsible for filing all prepared documents with the appropriate court, government agency, board, or third party, and for paying all required court, government, recording, agency, and filing fees. PF Consulting Firm does not file documents for anyone. We prepare and deliver the documents to the client; the client is responsible for filing.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before drafting, consulting, preparation, licensing support, application work, notary scheduling, remote notary scheduling, or administrative work begins unless otherwise stated in writing. Before payment, the client must complete the correct intake form, questionnaire, application, disclosure acknowledgment, policy acknowledgment, and document upload process so the payment matches the approved service category.

Refund Policy

If a payment is received and no work has begun — no intake processing, no document preparation, no application review, no consulting time reserved, and no notary or remote notary appointment confirmed — the client may request a refund in writing to Admin@PFConsultingFirm.com and the payment will be returned less any non-recoverable payment-processing fee.

Once work begins, fees are non-refundable as described in the Non-Refundable Work Policy below. Amounts paid to courts, government agencies, boards, or other third parties are governed by that agency's own refund rules and are not refundable by PF Consulting Firm.

Refund requests are reviewed and answered in writing. Nothing in this policy limits any refund right required by applicable law.

Non-Refundable Work Policy

All work is non-refundable once work begins, documents are prepared, applications are reviewed, intake is processed, consulting time is reserved, notary scheduling is confirmed, remote notary scheduling is confirmed, licensing work begins, document review begins, or administrative services are initiated, unless otherwise required by written agreement or applicable law.

Processing Fee Policy

Processing fees may apply depending on payment method (credit card, PayPal, Zelle, or other approved channels). Processing fees are disclosed before payment is finalized.

Revision Policy

Most standard documents are prepared and returned for client review within 5 to 7 business days after complete intake and payment are received. Client review is part of the process. Clients are responsible for reading all drafts thoroughly, verifying every fact, and submitting requested corrections in writing. Revisions requested by either PF Consulting Firm or the client are completed within 24 to 72 hours. One revision round is included unless otherwise stated in the engagement agreement.

Rush / Expedited Service Policy

Rush or expedited service is available only when approved in writing before payment. Additional rush fees may apply.

Upload & Document Submission Policy

Clients are responsible for uploading complete, legible, and accurate supporting documents through the approved client upload portal. Incomplete or illegible uploads may delay service.

Communication Expectations

Client messages received through the intake portal, Admin@PFConsultingFirm.com, or 877-390-2041 are answered within one business day. Status updates are provided at intake confirmation, at delivery of the first draft, and at completion. Requests that change the scope of an engagement must be submitted in writing so the revised scope and any additional fee can be confirmed before work continues.

Review & Testimonial Authorization

Clients who submit testimonials, reviews, or feedback authorize PF Consulting Firm to display them publicly on the website, marketing materials, and social channels unless they explicitly opt out in writing. Reviews are published as submitted except for trimming for length, correcting obvious typographical errors, and abbreviating names or removing identifying details to protect client privacy. We do not alter the meaning of a review, and we do not offer compensation in exchange for a review.

Photo / Testimonial Display Authorization

Photos submitted with testimonials or taken at PF Consulting Firm events (including Network for Net Worth™) may be displayed publicly unless the attendee or client opts out in writing.

Privacy Policy

Information provided by clients is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the requested services, respond to inquiries, process payments, and send service-related communication. We do not sell personal information.

We collect only the information submitted through our intake forms, contact forms, consultation requests, event registrations, member accounts, and uploaded supporting documents, together with basic technical information such as pages visited and referring source.

Information may be shared with service providers that operate this site and our operations (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics) strictly to perform those functions, or where disclosure is required by law. Client documents are retained for the period needed to deliver and support the engagement and to meet recordkeeping obligations.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email Admin@PFConsultingFirm.com or call 877-390-2041.

Website Use Policy

This website and its content are provided for the lawful use of visitors and clients. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, member area, or system; scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial use without written permission; upload malicious code; or use our forms, chat, or contact channels to send unsolicited commercial messages. Access may be suspended where these terms are violated.

Content Disclaimer

Articles, guides, FAQs, glossaries, comparisons, checklists, and downloadable resources on this website are general educational information about processes, requirements, and terminology. They are not legal, medical, tax, financial, or investment advice, are not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional, and do not create a professional relationship. Laws, agency rules, fees, and processing times change; verify current requirements with the applicable court, agency, or board before acting.

Editorial & Content Policy

How content is created: informational content on this site is written by PF Consulting Firm's consulting and document-preparation staff based on the processes we perform for clients and on the published requirements of the courts, agencies, and licensing boards involved.

Source standards: procedural facts, fee amounts, and filing requirements are taken from primary sources — the relevant court, state agency, licensing board, or statute — and the source and the date it was checked are recorded internally. Where an amount or requirement cannot be confirmed from a primary source, it is not published.

How content is reviewed: each page is reviewed before publication by a staff member who performs that service. Content is not reviewed by an attorney, and nothing on this site is attorney-reviewed legal advice. Where a topic requires a licensed professional, the page says so.

Update practices: pages tied to fees, filing rules, or licensing requirements are re-checked against their primary sources on a recurring basis and after we become aware of a change. Substantive corrections are made to the page itself rather than published as a separate notice.

Accuracy and corrections: if you believe something on this site is inaccurate or out of date, email Admin@PFConsultingFirm.com with the page address and the issue. We review reported errors and correct confirmed inaccuracies.

Educational information vs. legal advice: our content explains what a process generally involves. It does not tell you which option to choose, what position to take, or how a court or agency will decide your matter — that is legal advice, which PF Consulting Firm does not provide.

Author & Reviewer Attribution

Where a page names an author or reviewer, that person is a member of PF Consulting Firm staff and the role shown is the role that person actually holds. Publication and revision dates reflect real publishing activity. Pages that are not individually attributed are staff-written and maintained by PF Consulting Firm. We do not attribute content to outside experts, credentials, or reviewers who did not produce or review it.

Accessibility Statement

PF Consulting Firm works to keep this website usable by everyone, including visitors using screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification. We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard.

Current measures include semantic headings and landmarks, labeled forms and buttons, keyboard-operable navigation and expandable sections, descriptive text for meaningful images, and content that is readable without JavaScript enabled for our core information and policy pages.

Accessibility is ongoing work and some older pages or third-party embedded content (such as maps and video players) may not fully conform. If you encounter a barrier, or need information from this site in another format, contact Admin@PFConsultingFirm.com or 877-390-2041 and we will provide the information through an alternate channel.

Terms of Service / Terms of Use

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and all posted policies. Services are provided under the written scope and engagement terms confirmed at intake, together with the payment, refund, revision, and disclosure policies on this page. Content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or tax advice. PF Consulting Firm is not liable for outcomes determined by courts, agencies, boards, creditors, insurers, or other third parties, or for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by a client. These policies may be updated; the version posted here governs.
