Notary & Loan Signing

General Notary Work

Mobile notary appointments at your home, office, hospital or care facility within our local service area.

Understand this service before you buy

General notary work is per-signature, plus travel. Bring valid ID, do not sign in advance, and make sure every signer is present. A notary verifies who signed and when — nothing about the content of the document.

  • Do not sign before the appointment; signatures must be made in the notary's presence.
  • Every signer needs valid, unexpired government photo ID.
  • Florida sets the maximum notarial fee per notarial act; travel is quoted separately.
  • Witnesses, if your document requires them, must be arranged in advance.

Documents commonly notarized

  • Acknowledgments and jurats
  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Powers of attorney and healthcare surrogates
  • Deeds and real property documents
  • Wills, trusts and estate documents (signing only)
  • Vehicle titles and consent forms

What we cannot do

A notary cannot draft your document, choose your certificate for you, advise on content, or notarize a signature made outside our presence. We also do not perform remote online notarization.

Service area

Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Boynton Beach, Florida only. In-person appointments only.

What you receive
