- Written summary of continuing-education and renewal deadlines once issued
Flagged and complex files
Applications with prior discipline, malpractice history, gaps in training, or an existing board indicator require a longer narrative packet and additional supporting documentation. Those files are quoted separately, in writing, before we start.
