What counts as "a history to explain"
Discipline does not have to have been entered. If any of these appear anywhere in your record, the application requires disclosure work and is priced at the higher flat fee:

How long does licensure take?
Most states issue in roughly 60–180 days once a complete application is on file, and the board controls that clock entirely. The part we control is completeness: a file missing one training verification typically slips to the next monthly board agenda rather than being approved the day the document arrives.
Which states do you handle?

Do you handle the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)?
Yes. If you qualify through a compact state of principal license, IMLC is usually the fastest route to additional licenses. We assess eligibility first, because an IMLC letter of qualification is not the right path for every applicant — IMGs and physicians with disciplinary history often need the standard route.
Can you help if my application is already stuck?
