Three ways to pay

Pay by case, by document, or by form

Same attorney-directed work product, three ways to buy it. Every amount on this page is a published flat fee or the exact sum of the fees you select.

Pay by case

One matter, several deliverables, one payment.

A case bundle is two or more published deliverables from the same matter, ordered together and paid in a single transaction. The bundle total is the exact sum of the line items you select — there is no bundle markup and no discount applied to published fees.

Best for: A file that needs more than one work product at once — for example pleadings plus discovery plus a chronology on the same case.

  1. 1.Select each deliverable your matter needs from the list below.
  2. 2.The running total updates as the exact sum of the selected published fees.
  3. 3.Pay the bundle by card in one transaction.
  4. 4.Sign the service agreement, complete the matter intake, then upload records to the secure vault.
  5. 5.Preparation begins when the file is complete; each deliverable is returned to you for attorney review, signature and filing.

Pay by document

One named deliverable at its published flat fee.

A document order is a single named work product — a motion draft, a chronology, an exhibit index, an accounting — prepared to the base scope printed on its card. Work that exceeds the printed base scope is quoted in writing before it starts.

Best for: A defined, standalone need where you already know the exact deliverable you want prepared.

  1. 1.Read the base scope and the deliverable description on the card.
  2. 2.Pay the published flat fee by card.
  3. 3.Sign the service agreement and complete the matter intake.
  4. 4.Upload the listed records to the secure vault.
  5. 5.The draft is returned to you for attorney review, signature and filing.

Pay by form

Start from the form; we show you the line item that prepares it.

Forms are not billed as a separate product line. Select the form or filing document you need and this page resolves the published deliverable that prepares it, so you pay a known flat fee instead of an open hourly estimate. Government filing fees are never included and are always paid by your firm or your client directly to the court or agency.

Best for: You know the form number or the filing document the court, clerk or agency requires, but not which service covers it.

  1. 1.Select the form from the jurisdiction list below.
  2. 2.Review the matched published deliverable and its base scope.
  3. 3.Pay that flat fee by card, or add it to a case bundle.
  4. 4.Complete intake and upload the records that support the form.
  5. 5.The completed form set is returned unsigned for attorney review, signature and filing.

Questions attorneys ask about this service

What does PF Consulting Firm provide under Motion Drafting Support?

PF drafts the motion, the memorandum of law, the supporting declaration shell and the proposed order, formatted to the local rules you identify — page limits, font, certificate of conferral and certificate of service. Authorities are used as directed. The attorney supplies strategy, verifies authority currency, signs and files.

Who is this service for?

Licensed attorneys and law firms who direct the assignment. PF accepts motions work from firms in Florida, California, Georgia, New York, New Jersey and Nevada, and federal matters in those districts. PF does not accept this work directly from the public.

What does the service cost?

Flat fees in this category run $697 to $3,497, priced per assignment and confirmed in writing before work starts. Items outside the ordered scope are quoted separately rather than absorbed.

What is included?

Motion, memorandum, declaration shell and proposed order; Local-rule formatting and certificates; Statement of undisputed facts where required; One revision round.

What is not included?

Signing or filing; Hearing appearances; Independent legal opinions on the merits.

What affects the price?

Document volume, number of parties or accounts, record condition, court-specific formatting, reconstruction of incomplete records, and rush timing. Anything outside the confirmed scope is quoted before it is produced.

What documents does the attorney need to provide?

Operative pleadings; Discovery at issue; Prior orders; Declarations and exhibits.

How long does preparation take?

Standard preparation is 5–7 business days. Rush preparation is 2–3 business days (+35%) where capacity allows, at the published rush uplift.

Does PF file the documents?

No. PF does not file, e-file, serve, calendar or appear. The ordering attorney identifies, verifies and controls every deadline, filing requirement and service obligation. PF delivers the prepared work product and, where contracted, an administrative completion checklist.

Who reviews the completed work product?

The ordering attorney. Every deliverable is prepared for attorney review, revision and signature. Nothing PF prepares is final until the supervising attorney approves it.

Are revisions included?

Individual orders include one factual revision within the original scope. Monthly law firm support plans include up to five revisions per case within the original scope; further revisions or scope changes are quoted.

How does an attorney place an order?

Confirm the scope in writing, pay the flat fee, sign the service agreement, complete the matter intake, then upload the supporting records through the secure vault. Preparation begins once the file is complete.
