What does the service cost?
Flat fee per assignment from the published catalog price, confirmed in writing before payment. Volume, parties, record condition and rush timing move the assignment to the next published level rather than adding hourly charges. Packet assembly is priced per petition packet; evidence indexing is priced per exhibit set.
What affects pricing?
Record volume, number of parties, accounts, years or providers involved, record condition, court-specific formatting, reconstruction of incomplete records and rush timing. Anything outside the confirmed scope is quoted before it is produced.
What does the attorney need to provide?
Signed PF Consulting Firm service agreement; Case caption, court, division and case number (where a case exists); Any prior filings or drafts you want the deliverable to match; Your firm's formatting, caption and pleading-paper standards; Client-supplied biographic data and identity documents; Prior filings, receipts and agency notices (including the RFE or NOID); Supporting evidence to be indexed and tabbed; Country-condition materials the attorney has selected.
How are documents uploaded?
Through the PF secure upload vault after payment and matter intake. We do not accept case records by unsecured email attachment.
How long does preparation take?
Standard preparation on the turnaround published on each service page; rush preparation where capacity allows, at the published rush uplift.
Are revisions included?
Individual orders include one factual revision within the original contracted scope unless the service card states otherwise. Monthly law firm support plans include up to five revisions per case within membership scope.
Does PF file the documents?
No. PF does not file, e-file, serve, calendar or appear. The ordering attorney identifies, verifies and controls every deadline, filing requirement and service obligation.
Who determines legal strategy?
The ordering attorney. PF is not a law firm, does not practice law, does not give legal advice and does not select strategy, claims, defenses or eligibility theories.
Who reviews the final work?
The ordering attorney. Nothing PF prepares is final until the supervising attorney reviews, revises and approves it.
How does an attorney place an order?
Confirm the scope in writing, pay the flat fee, sign the service agreement, complete the matter intake, work the document checklist, upload to the secure vault, then we prepare and deliver for attorney review.
