Florida Summary Administration — When You Qualify

Florida summary administration is faster, cheaper, and document-friendly — if the estate qualifies.

Florida F.S. 735 allows summary administration when (1) estate is under $75,000 of non-exempt assets, or (2) decedent has been dead more than 2 years. No personal representative; assets transfer by court order.
