FAQ

Chiropractic Practice Startup questions

Do I need a separate x-ray license?

Yes. Most states require facility registration plus annual inspections and an operator permit for any DC or CA performing imaging.

How long does PI carrier credentialing take?

PI carriers and Letter of Protection workflows don't use payer credentialing the same way. Expect 30–60 days to build attorney referral networks.

Can I bill Medicare?

Yes — chiropractors can bill Medicare for manual spinal manipulation (CPT 98940–98942). Other services are statutorily excluded.

Do you handle multi-state expansion?

Yes. We coordinate license-by-endorsement and corporate registrations in each new state.
