CloudsCreditRepair™ FAQ

What is a merchant cash advance?

A merchant cash advance (MCA) is the purchase of a portion of a business's future credit card or daily bank receivables at a discount.

Explanation

MCAs are not loans — they are commercial purchases — and are repaid via daily or weekly automatic withdrawals from the business bank account.

MCAs offer fast access to capital with flexible credit requirements but carry effective APRs that often exceed 60–150%.

Examples
  • Factor rate (e.g. 1.30): pay back $130,000 on $100,000 funded
  • Daily ACH or split processing repayment
  • Funding in 24–72 hours
