The challenge

A non-physician investor wanted to open an injectables and weight-loss MedSpa in South Florida but had no entity, no medical director, no clinical protocols, and no compliance program. The lease started in 95 days.

Our approach

• Formed a PLLC + Management Services Organization (MSO) structure compliant with Florida's corporate-practice-of-medicine doctrine.
• Recruited and contracted a Florida-licensed physician medical director with malpractice coverage.
• Built written clinical protocols for Botox, dermal fillers, IV therapy, and GLP-1 weight-loss injections.
• Delivered a complete HIPAA + OSHA compliance program: policies, BAAs with every vendor, sharps plan, and staff training.
• Coordinated city BTR, county BTR, and zoning approval for the medical-use buildout.

The outcome

The MedSpa opened on schedule with all required licenses, protocols, and compliance documentation. First-month revenue exceeded projections and the practice passed its initial insurance carrier audit without findings.
