The challenge

Our approach

  • Filed NC dental license verification, state controlled-substance registration, and DEA Form 224 in parallel.
  • Built complete CAQH ProView profile within 5 business days of engagement.
  • Submitted credentialing applications to Delta Dental NC, MetLife, Cigna, Aetna, and BCBS NC.
  • Implemented full OSHA + HIPAA program, including BAAs with practice-management vendor and dental lab.
